Waste paper, reborn as board — dried in the open sun.
Surya Board manufactures paperboards and hardboards from 100% recycled corrugation and kraft paper waste, air-dried under the Rajasthan sun the way it’s been done since 1998.

Balaji Paper Board Industries has spent nearly three decades turning discarded kraft paper and corrugation waste into board that other businesses build with.
We manufacture paperboards and hardboards used across a wide range of applications — from cake base boards and gift boxes to diaries, book covers, attendance registers, files, chess boards, calendars and sweet boxes. Every sheet that leaves our yard has been through the same discipline: sorted waste paper, re-pulped, pressed, and sun-dried in the open, the way board has been finished here since day one.

From waste paper to finished board, 100% environment friendly.
Nothing here is virgin material. Every board starts as paper that was already used once — and finishes under the same sun that’s dried our yard for 28 years.
Waste is collected
Corrugation offcuts and kraft paper waste are sourced and sorted, ready to be given a second life as board.
Recycled into pulp
The waste paper is broken down and recycled into industry-ready pulp — no virgin fibre added.
Pressed into board
The pulp is formed and pressed into paperboard and hardboard sheets to the required thickness.
Dried under the sun
Boards are laid out in the open and air-dried under natural sunlight — no fuel, no shortcuts.
Cutting & Finishing
Boards are precisely cut, trimmed, and finished to required dimensions.
Ready for Use
100% eco-friendly boards are packed and delivered.
Recycled paper in. Ready-to-use board out.
Our manufacturing process is 100% environment friendly: waste corrugation and kraft paper waste is recycled to form industry-ready paper boards, then dried in open land under natural sunlight — nothing else added.
